Yinka Johnson is a results-driven executive with over 20 years of experience in strategy development and execution, business administration, and financial services leadership. She is the Executive Director - Business Development at Stanbic IBTC Asset Management Limited, where she provides strategic and directional leadership for Business Development, Customer Experience and Digital Channel Sales.

With deep expertise in financial planning and wealth management, Yinka has played a pivotal role in driving business growth and operational excellence across Banking, Stockbroking, Pension, and non-Pension Asset Management. Previously, as Head of Business Development at Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited, she led client acquisition and retention strategies, reinforcing the company’s market leadership. She also previously served as Head of Human Capital & Administration at Stanbic IBTC Pensions, where she developed and implemented transformational HR strategies.

A certified Change Manager, Yinka is recognized for her ability to develop and execute winning business strategies, optimize financial performance, and build high-performing teams. 
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School, United Kingdom.
